The Team: Vitriform3D (Knoxville, TN) is a start-up organization commercializing a patent-pending 3D printing method that converts low-quality glass waste into ecofriendly engineered stone products.

NextCycle Michigan Project: Vitriform3D is seeking to establish a regional-level factory in Michigan that will convert glass waste too fine to be used in traditional new glass production into engineered stone for wall cladding panels. During the NextCycle program, the team will source glass waste feedstocks, identify a location for the regional facility, connect with potential partners, and identify funding pathways.
