Polyplastic Technologies is an early-stage start-up that is testing and validating a plastic compatibilizer, with the goal to help improve recovery of high-grade polypropylene in mixed plastic bales. During the program, the team successfully completed customer discovery research to assess interests and challenges. Additional, customers, as well as investors, signed on for testing that will help shape the piloting stage with early adopters. The team is interested in additional local grants and project funding through Michigan State University.
