We are excited to launch the application period for the NextCycle Michigan Intergovernmental Initiatives & Public-Private Partnerships (I2P3) Challenge Track. NextCycle Michigan, an initiative of Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE), is seeking projects that are focused on accelerating recycling and composting in their communities.
Teams are led by a public-sector entity such as local or tribal governments or regional authorities, along with at least one other public or private sector partner including businesses, institutions, non-profits, or other local governments. Selected teams participate in a 6-month business-incubator style program, receiving business and technical support to prepare their projects for implementation and investment. NOTE: Out-of-state organizations can be part of a team, however, the project must directly recover Michigan materials.
Join the webinar to learn about the program, eligibility, and the application process. Also hear from a NextCycle Michigan alumni team about their experience with the program.
