Micro Scale 3Rs Solution (MICROS) is a grant designed for recycling entrepreneurs, municipalities, businesses, or non-profits who need a little help. While similar to a traditional grant program, the MICROS grant program differs with its simpler application process and more flexible spending opportunities. The MICROS grants can be used as seed funding for singular projects and are also available to teams applying or accepted to other Innovation Challenge tracks. MICROS seed funding can be used for demonstration projects, equipment, laboratory testing, marketing, community engagement, consulting, and other needs.

MICROS Innovation Challenge applications are due June 30, 2022.
