Coated Plastics Recovery Inc. has a patented process for removing coatings from ground defective parts in manufacturing as well as end-of-life plastic scrap. This environmentally “green” patented process does not degrade the base material, allowing it to be remolded into the originally intended part. Typically, “Class A” expensive, engineered plastics are used for parts that are destined for coatings; i.e.: paint, clear coat, etc. Our process not only provides material sustainability, but also offers a new low cost material source to provide molders “Class A” material for usually less than 50% of the cost of virgin replacement plastic. We can supply machine systems or a toll service to process material and diminish landfill content.
