Recycling and composting systems need innovative development and growth to transform Michigan from a linear use / dispose model toward a circular economy. The RIT Innovation Challenge track is designed to foster the growth of Michigan’s rising entrepreneurs and start-ups focused on materials recovery, re-use, diversion, processing, and product design.
